We are an enterprise security systems contractor looking to recruit the services of Project Quality Engineer to work on various Industrial security solution projects (non-IT) based Jubai, Yanbu & Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
Project duration will be for 18months approximately but maybe extended thereafter.

The
Project Quality Control Engineer oversees and coordinates the planning,
implementation, and supervision of the project quality control plan,
including employees and outside subcontractors or consultants involved
in inspections and testing.

Duties:
1. Establish and maintain Project Quality Programs and ensure implementation as well as ITP.
2. Establish Auditing and Examination Plans for the Project and ensure follow-up.
3. Establish and facilitate project Risk and non-conformance Assessment and follow up.
4.
Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing,
and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as
electrical.
5. Assure to the best abilities that all materials,
workmanship and construction are in full compliance with the contract,
plans and specifications, and all applicable building codes.
6.
Implementation of project quality control plans, submittal review
(including recommendations for variations), value engineering and
betterments.
7. Perform inspections, and prepare and maintain inspection and performance records daily.
8. Responsible for the documentation of test results.
9. Prepare summaries to show how the actual progress might differ from the planed project's baseline.
10. Suggest changes in how Project processes are made to achieve the best quality possible.
11. Require that defective work or material be corrected or removed until made compliant.
12. Submittal review and approval, including recommendations for variations, value engineering, and betterments.
13. Perform inspections as needed and prepare and maintain inspection and performance records daily.
14.
Hold daily preparatory meetings with subcontractors and all concerned
parties as needed to define QC and safety policies and procedures with
each newly definable feature of work.
15. Reporting to Project Manager

Qualifications Required:
1. Candidates will hold BSc in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
2. Extensive experience in either low-current or security systems construction related projects.
3. Minimum 5 years relevant Quality Management experience in projects or operations.
4. Experience in Industrial, Oil & Gas, Intrusion security systems is a plus.
5. Certified ISO 9001
6.
Broad-based project and management skills to lead and effectively
communicate with people both internal and external to the company.
7. Experience with QA/QC standards
8. Familiar with QA Inspection Plans & (ITP).
