IT Support

IT Support (Kalimantan Timur)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Min. 1 year experience as IT Support/IT Helpdesk

* 1. Onsite 1st (first) level troubleshooting :
* All PC/Notebook related problems
* Printer & Scanner problems
* Network problems liaison with internal network service group
* Server problems liaison with internal server support groups
* PABX, Phone, Fax problems liaison with internal & external support groups
* Applications problems liaison with internal application support groups
* Liaison with other vendors and internal/external groups as required


* 2. Call, Problem and Request Management :
* Log all calls as well as reported problems and requests for services
* Escalate unresolved problems to 2nd or 3rd level support staffs or to the vendor
* Tracking of call or request status as vendor progress when escalated
* Checking with customers/users on their satisfaction before closing tickets

* 3. Management Reporting (standard reporting will be generated ans submitted to ITM regularly) :
* Activity Reports
* Daily call & request details (outstanding and closed tickets, and work-in progress)
* Monthly summary activities : Service Level Reports, Trend Reports, Current Month Reports
* Broadcast FAQ or common problems and resolutions to users regularly
