Job Description:
The ideal candidates are responsible for providing senior level
secretarial, clerical, and administrative services in order to ensure that
services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. They must
maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Board of Director.
General Requirement:
• Minimum D3 from Secretarial Academy
• Min. 3 years hands-on experience in similar post
• Female, 25-35 years of age
• Fluency in English is required
• Computer skills at highly proficient level
Specific Requirement:
The knowledge, skills and personal attributes required for satisfactory job performance
Knowledge
• Proficient knowledge in office administration
• An understanding of the business as well as legislation, policies and procedure relevant to her responsibilities Skills
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
